The Graze Restaurant was excellent!!! We were there for an appreciation dinner for our Pastor and Mother of our church. The staff was very pleasant and friendly starting with the valet parking staff to the restaurant staff and ending with the valet parking staff. The food and service was superb!!! I haven’t been to the Marriott since the 90’s. The Marriott was always known for its of five star ambiance and upscale décor. It has not only maintained the above over the years, but it has taken ambiance and upscale décor to all new heights!!!

We have always enjoyed your holiday buffets. Since our family live some distance away this is always a good choice for us to have a special meal when family can’t be with us.

I really enjoyed my meal, drink, and dessert. The ambiance was cozy, but modern. I was seated in a large semi-private booth with it’s own television (and given a remote control). My waiter was attentive, friendly, and helpful without being overbearing. Everything was good, but the salmon I ordered was very fresh, seasoned nicely, and grilled perfectly. My dessert of coconut cake was some of the best cake I’ve ever eaten anywhere. I live in Maryland, and I’d drive back to Winston-Salem, NC for that salmon and coconut cake! I also loved the use of local and organic ingredients. I’ll definitely try to visit Graze again. Thumbs up!

A very nice quiet and romantic place for me and my husband to relax and have our early Valentine’s dinner. I was very pleased with the service and the food was delicious.

We visited on Thanksgiving and the food was fantastic! They were very busy, but service seemed to flow very well. Our server was very personable and attentive. I ran into a buffet worker twice, who was also personable and very funny. Will visit again!

Went here for Thanksgiving dinner while we were out of town over the holidays and it was a fantastic buffet. Plenty of traditional dishes with some interesting non-traditional ones too. Turkey, prime rib, appetizers like shrimp and pasta salad, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, chowder, etc. We all agreed the sweet potatoes and sweet potato pie were our favorites. The service was excellent. Dinner was $39.95 per person and the place was pretty busy. I would recommend Graze if you will be traveling for the holidays or don’t want to cook!

I hosted a bridal shower in private dining room #2 and it was wonderful. The staff at Graze exceeded my expectations for sure! So easy and the food was tasty!

We were intrigued with the Thanksgiving menu online and were not disappointed when we enjoyed the real deal! We’re very impressed with Graze and look forward to non-holiday dining with them!

I brought my daughter in law and 1 year old grand daughter here recently. My daughter in law was craving steak and a chance to get out of the house. We were seated promptly and our server quickly asked if we wanted to put an order in for the baby : )

My daughter in law had the Chili rubbed steak over grits. I had The Grilled Tuna over a summer salad. Both entrees were delicious and delightful in their presentation.

This is my fifth visit to this restaurant inside the downtown Marriott and it continues to overachieve. Whether for a fun family break or business dinner or a dinner with my spouse it has never let me down. It is not just another hotel restaurant!

PS the grand baby liked it too

A Wonderful Christmas  Dined on December 25, 2015

This was a wonderful place to spend for Christmas. My wife and I had no place to go for Christmas as our family are all far away. I found out that the Graze had a special menu for Christmas so I decided to try it out. What a find. The food was great and the personnel were wonderful. I would recommend the Graze for a lot more than just Christmas dinner. It was great overall. I cannot wait to come back here again.

Dined on December 25, 2015 – A Very Nice Christmas Dinner

After fixing Christmas Dinner for over 40 years, I wanted the day off. While this was my second choice (because first was booked by 12/1 in Blowing Rock) I was grateful this restaurant was open. We had a leisurely lunch with another couple and the food selection/price were excellent. We had a terrific waitress and we all left full and satisfied with everything. Thanks to the Graze.

Loved the ambiance and rounded booths. Found the cheese board and skirt steak fabulous. Wait staff, bartender and management very attentive. A wonderful experience before attending the Nutcracker performance at the Stevens Center.

Dined on April 20, 2014 – Easter brunch turned to lunch
My family and I were looking for a child friendly place that offered an Easter brunch and a visit with the Easter Bunny. We were very lucky to find Graze in Downtown Winston Salem. The buffet not only offered brunch but a full lunch. Everything from the fruit tray to the carving station to the chocolate cake was exceptional. The Easter Bunny visited every table and was very patient to allow us to get pictures with our children and the entire family. The staff was very kind and we were even able to move our reservation up when we got there early. I think we have added a new family tradition to our calendar.
