Winston-Salem native Chef de Cuisine Richard Miller has designed a menu showcasing southern cuisine accented with seasonal flavors, regional sauces and spices. Discover a wide array of delicious entrées – including seafood from shellfish to filets, quick snacks, unique appetizers and mouth-watering desserts.

Enjoy the privacy afforded by one of our comfy booth seating areas. Gather around one of our digitally-connected communal tables to dine, work and meet other guests. Have a seat at our traditional bar for a martini or a local craft beer.  Our living room atmosphere with clusters of cozy chairs makes for a casual environment to meet with friends or for business.

Contrasting our extensive wine list with selections from around the world, are selections of North Carolina crafted beer, imported beer, martinis and signature cocktails, some with a local story.

GRAZE is the perfect place to meet for a quick bite before a show at the Stevens Center, to have a nightcap after Gallery Hop or spend an entire evening with old friends.

GRAZE is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the Twin City Quarter’s Marriott Hotel.
